Return Policy

For our company it is essential to keep excellence for our customers. In order to ensure the best support you must know in advance:

We do not accept returns on underwear of any kind, body jewelry, corsets/bodies, and swimwear. Returns are acceptable on tops, shoes, pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, belts and jeans. Returned items must include the tag, the original packing and the receipt. All items should be in the same condition as at the time of sale. Please return the item within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly credit your account or exchange the item.

No returns accepted or refunds are given for bulk order, wholesale or discounted order for resell.  If a wholesale item is proven to be a manufactured defect, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will make every effort to replace the item if it is in stock.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong product, or there is a manufacturing defect you can identify before using the garment, contact our customer support department immediately at info@clearancequeens.com . We will gladly accept to exchange it for an identical product only. Items that have not been treated in accordance to the caring instructions will not be received back under any circumstance. Our company reserves the right to review the returned items upon arrival, and determine whether the garments have been treated according to specified care instructions, and if return conditions apply. These guidelines are subject to modification at any time, without previous notice.
